This place offers high-class accommodations with brand-new amenities, extremely comfortable bedding, coffee, an iron, and a lounge.

Its location in Melbourne was comfortable, just next door to Bourke st mall and china town, the city area and the Theater great atmosphere.

The breakfast served was delicious, everything you could wish for, with food running out, pastries and jams. We got superior king room with a stunning view, toaster, as example, had really great experience here.

The area was disappointing.

The continental breakfast was totally worth it. the room was exceptionally nice with a coffee table, sofa, and sound-proofed windows. the location was unbeatable and brilliant. Melbourne CBD district was worth staying in.

A little noisy air conditioning

Spacious room. Microwave oven and tea making facilities. Great location. Staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast good value for money if you purchase a $14 voucher the night before.

Bathroom not cleaned well enough - tiny pieces of hair from previous occupant's shaving left around taps on basin. Temperature control for air conditioner not working properly.

We thoroughly enjoyed the courteous staff and bright room. Rooms had a contemporary atmosphere, with a fridge for one's own purchases. 3. the service was top-notch and the food was excellent. 4. the location was great, near Lounge and shopping areas. 5. the tram station was easy to drive to.

Location is superb, among good shops and cafes. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is clean. Good value for the rate we paid thru booking dotcom! We would recommend friends to stay in this hotel when they visit Melbourne.

A great central location in the city. Close to transport and shops. Great sized rooms, that were clean and very comfortable. Noise from city traffic etc not head in room. Pool in Hotel was nice to have also.

Shower in bathroom needed an update, not enough water pressure. Hand towel rail down too low to ground. Same for Kettle and Microwave. No good for persons with back backs to reach items so low.

The food was great, the service was exceptional, the room was bright and luxurious with a fridge for personal use and a nice view from the window.

The location is central.

The room allocated to me was in a quiet position, modern, clean, with plenty of space. Just across the road from the main shopping areas, Myers, David Jones etc. All hotel staff friendly and helpful.

Bad either, and the staff were really friendly and genuine. One of them even had this super welcoming vibe that made the experience even better!

The noise from the street buskers until after 1.30 am was a real drawback
